En este momento buscamos un/a Key Account Manager para el Departamento de Medical Systems de una multinacional de referencia en el ámbito de las Tecnologías Médicas.
La División de Sistemas Médicos es la principal área de negocio de la Compañía y es líder tecnológico y del mercado mundial en endoscopios médicos. La Compañía se ha marcado como objetivo permanente encontrar soluciones mejoradas y más económicas a los problemas de la comunidad médica, que aumenten el bienestar de los pacientes, mejoren las condiciones de trabajo de los médicos y el personal sanitario y ayuden a optimizar el rendimiento global de los proveedores de los servicios sanitarios.

Misión
As a Key Account Manager, you will actively maintain and expand business and commercial relationships in defined strategically important large customers within the entire range of company products. The KAM develops, negotiates and implements contracted agreements while identifying further new business opportunities. The KAM works with the Regional Business Unit Managers, Regional Sales Managers and Sales Representatives to ensure that customer requirements are understood, and account plan implemented in line with client expectations and the agreed strategy.

Responsabilidades
- Proactively lead a joint Company-Key Account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets and critical milestones.
- Develops, negotiates and implements contracted agreements while identifying further new business opportunities within the delegation framework in selected KAs. Support the decision making process in Single BU tenders and coordinate and drive the cross BU tenders process.
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders in assigned customer accounts. Serve as the key interface between the organization and assigned accounts aimed at long-term relationships with all relevant non-clinical stakeholders.
- Monitor commercial performance of each account within the selected and assigned portfolio, carry out analysis and produce reports on a monthly basis.
- Proactively assess, clarify and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis in order to give input for a new value based solutions and provide upstream into Regional/EMEA level. Coordinate cross-functional teamwork to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Monitor and report on changes and trends within the assigned customers, in the marketplace and the activities of competitors.
- Secure longer-term strategic agreements with extended customer commitment to drive security in existing and additional revenue.
- Achieve a deep understanding of the BU strategies with the aim of defining right entrance point with our customers and partners.

Requisitos mínimos
- University background in business administration or similar.
- Relevant field: previous working experience as a Key Account Manager, Sales Manager or Senior Sales Representative with 5+ years' experience in the healthcare sector with complex sales process.
- Existing knowledge and understanding of healthcare trends and technical environment.
